The paywall won't load subscription options.
Force-quit OnPace by swiping it up from the app switcher, then reopen. If the issue persists, email support with the RevenueCat Anonymous ID shown in Settings → Developer Options (tap the logo 7 times to reveal).
I completed a task but it carried over.
Completed tasks do not carry. If this happens, email us a screenshot and the date so we can investigate.
I accidentally closed the day with the wrong score.
Close Day scores are final by design. This is a product decision, not a bug. OnPace will not let you edit a closed day because the whole point of the ritual is commitment to what actually happened.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → OnPace → Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops auto-renewal. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. Requires signing in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. The Pro entitlement is tied to your Apple ID, not to any account you create in OnPace.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your device, in an on-device SQLite database. Only Pro users who enable cloud backup upload an encrypted copy to our servers. Even then, the encryption key stays in your iOS Keychain. We cannot read your backup.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Pro users: Settings → Export → CSV or JSON. You own your data. You can take it with you.
The app looks different after an update.
OnPace ships updates over-the-air. If something looks wrong after an update, try force-quitting and reopening twice. If it still looks wrong, email support with your iOS version and a screenshot.
Does OnPace work on Android, iPad, or the web?
No. OnPace is iPhone only for now. Android is on the backlog for a future version. iPad and web are not planned.
Does OnPace work offline?
Yes. Everything except AI Pro features and cloud backup works offline. The AI features and cloud backup require a connection only when they are in use.

We will not offer refunds for Close Day outcomes, streak losses, carry strikes, or any other in-app consequence. These are the product. If they frustrate you, OnPace is not for you. If they change your behaviour, OnPace is working.
