What's next.

OnPace is not finished. The mechanism works. The confrontation works. What comes next makes the mirror sharper, not the app softer.

01
When the day breaks.

Some days you don't control the agenda. A production incident. A family emergency. A deadline someone else set. OnPace currently has no answer for days like this. It will. Not an excuse. An explicit override you have to declare, justify, and resolve before the day closes. If it becomes a pattern, the app will tell you.

02
From reading to doing.

You read a 3,000-word playbook. You nod. You highlight. You execute nothing. That gap is the exact gap OnPace was built to close. Paste a document, receive a proposed plan ranked by what actually matters, accept or reject each task one by one. No bulk import. Each commitment is a separate decision.

03
The system watches longer.

Pattern intelligence currently tracks 14 days of your behaviour. Every new mechanism feeds the profile more signal. The confrontations get more specific. The weekly review gets more honest. The app doesn't get nicer. It gets harder to hide from.

No timeline. No promises.

These ship when they are right, not when they are scheduled.

OnPace does not do roadmap theatre. The features above are being designed and built. They will ship when they meet the same standard as everything already in the app: confrontational, honest, no escape routes. If something listed here turns out to be wrong, it gets cut.
